Colorado Vacation Rentals

Bear Creek Mountain Lodge is the perfect location for a big group, family reunion or gathering, corporate meeting, retreat, or a private family vacation. We have divided the Lodge into two levels; each with three bedrooms, fully furnished kitchen and bathrooms and private entrance. Each unit can be rented separately or the entire Lodge can be reserved. We are always open to help you meet your individual needs, so please fill out our online reservation form to get started.

The Rental Rates are as follows:

2nd Floor Unit:	$175/night or $1,100/week

Main Floor Unit:	$225/night or $1,425/week

Entire Lodge:	$375/night or $2,375/week

The beautiful mountainside surround the Bear Creek Mountain Lodge. The leaves change to brilliant colors in the fall!

Special Considerations:

~	Minimum stay is three nights.

~	Holiday rates differ, please inquire.

~	Discounted monthly rates are available, please inquire.

~	Rates are for up to four people per unit. Additional people are $10.00 each per night.

~	Weekly rates apply only if the stay is continuous.

~	Deposit of two night's lodging required with all reservations

~	Full payment is due four weeks before arrival.

~	Deposit is refundable (minus $25.00 fee) if cancellation is made at least FOUR WEEKS prior to your arrival date.

~	If cancellation is made during your stay, you will forfeit two night's fee.

~	Pets are allowed by special request only. Please inquire.

~	Smoking is prohibited both within the Lodge and on the grounds. We are a non-smoking Lodge.

~	A $200 cash cleaning deposit may be collected upon check in, which will be refunded in full the evening before check out if the Lodge is left in an acceptable condition. (Linens will be cleaned by Lodge staff.)

~	Payment may be made by Personal Check (no certified checks accepted) via the mail and must be received four weeks prior to your reservation, or can be made by Credit Card via PayPal.

~	Check-in time is 3:00 p.m./Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. (special arrangements may be requested).

~	Please take a moment to read our Orientation Manual for the basic rules and regulations of our Lodge.
